Summary: Parents were given accessible room but bathroom door wouldnt shut properly and the shower was not great as unable to move shower head to allow standing shower. Unclear as to why they were allocated that room as both perfectly mobile. Room was clean however a hugher floor and standard room would have been preferable. Freidnly staff, clean hotel, very central location 👌
